Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing/fulfilling your order. We offer both FedEx & USPS shipping on all US orders. We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Please allow up 1-2 days for the shipment to be scanned by the carrier and for the tracking status to be updated.

Your tracking information is also available by logging into your customer account on www.getlitsaber.com. You can see the status of your delivery by clicking on the tracking link in the Order History.

Please contact the courier directly with any requests to reroute the package or if your order is being held

Returns + Refunds

We accept returns only for unopened and unused products purchased directly through www.getlitsaber.com.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

To qualify:

– The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

– You must contact our support team for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping your return.

– Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please contact order@getlitsaber.com with your order number to begin a return.

Do not return any products containing cannabis, cannabis concentrates or oils, or nicotine. Unauthorized returns or those received without an approved RA may not be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Other Items

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to ten (7-10) business days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Warranty & Defective Units

All Litsaber products are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact orders@getlitsaber.com and provide:

– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

– A photo or video demonstrating the issue

Once your product is inspected and approved, Innovape Concepts will:

– Provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective unit

– Ship a replacement unit at no cost

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Innovape Concepts or an authorized retailer and is non-transferable.
